*Our prices are inclusive of everything (table, chairs, ID sign, onsite drayage, booth cleaning, etc.) except for electricity and internet.

Attendee List Email Scam

It has come to our attention that there are emails circulating regarding purchasing an attendee list for this year’s Conference—this is a SCAM and is in no way affiliated with the American Camp Association. They do not have any attendee information. Please disregard and delete any email like this immediately. The only authorized attendee list is available through us directly. 

We apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, large conferences such as ours can be a target for scam messages. 

Hotel Room Scam - Beware!

We would like to make you aware of a situation that has been brought to our attention.  There are companies (including Exhibition Housing Management or Convention Housing Services, Global Housing, Global Travel, etc...) who have been contacting our exhibitors to "assist" with hotel reservations.  They sometimes disguise themselves as the American Camping Association (ACA) Housing Bureau or claim to represent the hotels in our block.   They may claim they can get better rates, that rooms are limited, or use other sales pitch methods.   They are NOT the official housing bureau and are NOT affiliated with the ACA in any way.

If you receive a call from this or any company claiming to represent the ACA, be aware that this is a scam and DO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION.   These companies are NOT affiliated with the ACA in any capacity. 



SOLVE IT SIMPLY
