Keynote: Why Camp? The Power of Culture
Summer camps have a unique opportunity to give kids a chance to see what the world could be like. Each summer we create these little micro cultures that re-imagine a more perfect world for the kids we serve. But what is our culture? Why are our camps’ cultures what they are? As emerging professionals in camp we have an opportunity and a challenge to shape our camps and shape the future of camp across the world. Let’s dig in.

Breakout Sessions and Roundtable Discussions led by EPICs:

Program Tasting Menu: Hilary Gilberg, Lillie Kugler, and Todd Robbins

Operations - The Glue the keeps it All Together: Marisa Gershwin and Scott Freemer
